What a big few days at Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) Congress 2018 in Adelaide!
We listened to speakers and absorbed wisdom in areas of Governance and Workforce. We exhibited at the trade show and shared our own expertise and insights during deep conversations with employers about THEIR workforce challenges and what we can do to help ensure they RECRUIT for FIT, how we can support them to improve EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT in practical ways, how to uncover blind spots and optimise PERFORMANCE, and how to DEVELOP NEXTGEN Leaders so that we’re all FUTURE READY…
Laura was also lucky enough to present her digital presentation on ‘Future Proofing your Workforce’ which was shown on video. Her favourite sessions were of course LASANextGen and also hearing Professor John Pollaers OAM on the Workforce Taskforce Strategy. We have some exciting ideas on how to really help employers bring the recommendations to life.
Then we all wrapped it up by celebrating Excellence in Aged Care at the Awards dinner! AMAZING few days.
