The Above & Beyond Group Pty Ltd, which encompasses the trading name 3D Recruit, (herein referred to as The Above & Beyond Group) is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients, candidates and customers. This privacy policy sets out how we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). As an Australian based organisation, we are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act which regulate how organisations may collect, use, disclose and store personal information, and how individuals may access and correct personal information held about them.

The Above & Beyond Group will make every effort to protect the privacy of all personal and/or sensitive information (together information) provided to us. We will only use the information for the purposes set out in this policy or unless we reasonably believe that by law we are required to disclose information about an individual.

  • biometric templates.

Sensitive information, in most cases, can only be disclosed with your consent.

How do we collect your information?

We collect your personal information so that we can provide you with the products, services or information that we supply. This may include your first name, last name, location, age, phone number, email address and postal address that you have provided when interacting with us.

Other information that may be automatically collected when you visit our website includes (without limitation) your Internet Service Provider (ISP), operating system, browser information, Internet Protocol (IP) address or other device identifiers, location and time/date stamp.

What do we use your information for?

How do we protect your information?

The Above & Beyond Group is committed to ensuring the safety of your information and therefore apply strict security measures to ensure the safeguarding of your information. We hold personal information:

  • On our secure database;
  • In paper-based files; and
  • On trusted third party cloud computing services for email and document storage.

The Above & Beyond Group takes reasonable steps to protect any personal information held from unauthorised access, misuse, interference, modification or disclosure. Should we decide the information is no longer needed we will take reasonable steps to ensure the information is removed or destroyed securely.

Disclosure of information

The Above & Beyond Group may disclose your personal information for the purpose which it is held, a related secondary purpose or with your consent.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

By completing an online registration or contact form or providing personal and/or sensitive information or documentation via telephone, e-mail or in person, you consent to our privacy policy.

Should you wish to complain about a potential breech of this Privacy Policy or the APPs please contact us.

We will make good faith efforts to rectify the issue and respond within a reasonable period after the complaint is made.
