Online Event Disclaimer
By registering for the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You are aware that any information disclosed by you during the event may be seen, heard or read by the other participants.
- The Above & Beyond Group Pty Ltd (The Above & Beyond Group), speakers or any third party presenting an online event, retain their respective intellectual property rights in relation to the content provided, or forming part of, the online event.
- You will not, without the prior written permission from The Above & Beyond Group, copy, record, reproduce, photograph or display the online event or any part thereof.
Consent to collection of your information
You consent to us collecting and using your information in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can read on our website at this address: www.aboveandbeyondgroup.com.au/privacy-policy
Consent to recording
The Above & Beyond Group may record the online event including any input from the participant(s) during the event. Those that do not wish to be recorded can still consent, and have the option to join the workshop without their cameras and microphone on.
You agree that The Above & Beyond Group can use your image, video, name and/or audio recordings for any lawful purpose, including both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, marketing, educational and/or promotional content. You shall not receive nor be entitled to claim any fees nor royalties in respect to the above.
You also agree to hold The Above & Beyond Group harmless from any actions, claims, liability or loss in respect of actions which may arise from the use of your image, video, name and/or audio recordings.
Where possible, The Above & Beyond Group will limit the personal information it shares, such as hiding your name.

Refunds & Transfer Policy
Please note that tickets are non-refundable. However if you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, update their information no later than Wednesday 26th July by logging into Eventbrite, or notify The Above & Beyond Group by email at hello@aboveandbeyondgroup.com.au. Any notification of ticket transfers after this date cannot be guaranteed.
If the event needs to be cancelled by The Above & Beyond Group due to unforeseen circumstances, then tickets holders will retain a credit towards a future event.
