Our Start

In The Beginning

In 2012, 3D Recruit set out to

  • Support individuals to fulfil their career potential, and
  • Support employers to source the best talent to fulfil their needs.

Over time and having built strong relationships within the Care Industry, 3D Recruit’s services evolved. As a trusted partner, 3D Recruit became the go-to organisation for HR Consultancy as well as Recruitment. Organisations looked to 3D Recruit for Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement programs among other services.

It became evident that we were supporting our clients with workforce challenges which extended ‘Above & Beyond’ recruitment.

In 2018, we established Above & Beyond Programs to meet the demands of our clients who were seeking more integrated, end to end workforce solutions. Above & Beyond encompasses employee engagement tools, HR frameworks, leadership development programs, interactive culture workshops, and coaching.

Now and the Future

Bringing our established brand of 3D Recruit under the banner of our Above & Beyond Group means we can seamlessly support our clients, whatever their workforce challenge may be. Because we specialise in Aged Care and Community Services we have tailored programs and coaching to suit the nuances of this sector.

The Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) is the national association for providers of residential aged care, home and community care, retirement living and related services.

CILCA 360 has been developed by Organisational Psychologists, Coaches and industry experts. CILCA 360 works at an individual and organisational level to provide 360 feedback on leadership strengths and areas to improve.

CISCA is the assessment tool specifically designed for teams in the care industry to illuminate teams’ biggest strengths, gaps and development opportunities. The purpose is to capture the current snapshot of the entire team’s care capability and performance.
