In 2012, 3D Recruit set out to

Over time and having built strong relationships within the Care Industry, 3D Recruit’s services evolved. As a trusted partner, 3D Recruit became the go-to organisation for HR Consultancy as well as Recruitment. Organisations looked to 3D Recruit for Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement programs among other services.
It became evident that we were supporting our clients with workforce challenges which extended ‘Above & Beyond’ recruitment.

In 2018, we established Above & Beyond Programs to meet the demands of our clients who were seeking more integrated, end to end workforce solutions. Above & Beyond encompasses employee engagement tools, HR frameworks, leadership development programs, interactive culture workshops, and coaching.
