What I like about Laura is that she is extremely attentive, and digs deep; asking the right questions to get the right results. Laura really knows how to get the best information out of us in order to understand exactly what the role is about and what our expectations are. It really forces us to be more focused on our priorities. Not only does Laura have such patience in trying to understand what our requirements are but she makes you challenge your own thinking. It’s been really educational for us! What I found incredibly useful and valuable was when it came to the ‘Set for Success’ discussion. Our employee (who Laura placed for us) was sitting in the room with us, so there was a lot of transparency. They were involved in understanding the objectives, commenting on them and then taking ownership of them. 3D Recruit have assisted with not only the recruitment side but Laura really helped a lot with setting up objectives for staff that gel with Aged Care quality standards. This company doesn’t just deliver a service, it’s educational as well. A lot of agencies just put the staff in and then walk away. That’s not what 3D Recruit do. There is a lot of follow up consultancy and they invest their time. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I think 3D Recruit are fabulous. Kamala and I were in really close contact when she originally found me the Clinical and Quality Coordinator role at Hall & Prior and remained in close contact when I was promoted to Director of Nursing. We spoke on the phone regularly and I felt like I was chatting to my friend who really knew me and understood what I was looking for. Kamala thought outside the box and she was the one who actually said the Quality role would be good for me with my skill set. She thought I should go for it and she was right!
