Learning Bites: Strategies for Fostering an Employer of Choice Culture
Workforce planning is more than ‘attraction, recruitment, and retention. It is a holistic application of ‘new thinking’ and ‘practical strategies’ that foster an employer-of-choice-culture.
In this climate of skills shortages, employers of choice are creating cultures that embrace, empower, and provide meaningful engagement. Workers in these cultures can experience the satisfaction of making a real difference.
Some of our team at Above & Beyond Group – Kane Draper, Arlene Quinn, Kamala Gracie and David Frayne – have proudly partnered with Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) and shared their knowledge on becoming an Employer of Choice.
Designed as accessible learning bites, the Fostering Employer of Choice program consists of 10 short videos. They give aged care providers the latest tools and understanding to help attract, recruit and retain ‘right fit’ employees.
You can find out more about this program in the latest edition of the Aged Care Today Autumn issue (see article below), or access the Learning Bites directly on the ACCPA website.
We would love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Have you accessed any of the learning bites already?
And get in touch with Laura and David to start your journey towards becoming an Employer of Choice.
