Learning Bites: Strategies for Fostering an Employer of Choice Culture

In this climate of skills shortages, employers of choice are creating cultures that embrace, empower, and provide meaningful engagement. Workers in these cultures can experience the satisfaction of making a real difference.
Some of our team at Above & Beyond Group – Kane Draper, Arlene Quinn, Kamala Gracie and David Frayne – have proudly partnered with Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) and shared their knowledge on becoming an Employer of Choice.
Designed as accessible learning bites, the Fostering Employer of Choice program consists of 10 short videos. They give aged care providers the latest tools and understanding to help attract, recruit and retain ‘right fit’ employees.
